At Runway Scout, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for store credit or exchange on all full-priced items. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact and the garment is free from makeup or perfumes.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
